BUGGY RUNS
My fitness journey began in 2017 after the passing of my grandad. I turned to running as a way to cope with the grief, and it quickly became a source of strength and solace for me. Over time, running evolved from a coping mechanism into a daily routine, and I gradually incorporated healthy eating habits into my lifestyle. Since then, I’ve never looked back—fitness has become a cornerstone of my life, bringing me not only physical strength but also mental clarity and resilience.
As a mother of four, finding time for exercise was a constant challenge. Balancing the demands of parenting often left little room for myself, but I knew how important it was to prioritise my health and well-being. Some days, I even took all four children running with me, turning it into a family activity to ensure I stayed committed to my goals. No matter how busy life got, I made it a point to dedicate time each day to exercise, proving that with determination and creativity, it’s always possible to make time for fitness.

LOVE YOU FOR YOU
As a mother of four, I know how exhausting and overwhelming daily life can get. Fitness, combined with healthy eating, has made a world of difference in my physical health and mental clarity. Regular exercise helps me build strength and stamina, while eating nutritious foods has significantly reduced my brain fog, allowing me to think more clearly and feel more energised throughout the day. It’s not just about feeling better in your body, but also about having the mental sharpness to handle everything that comes with being a busy mum. Fitness and healthy eating truly go hand in hand for a more vibrant, focused life.
As a mother of four, I know how mentally draining parenting can be. Exercise has been a game changer for my mental health—it helps me manage stress, clear my mind, and boosts my mood. Regular workouts release endorphins, which have made me feel more positive and less overwhelmed. Fitness gives me a sense of accomplishment, and it’s become a vital part of my routine for staying mentally strong. When I prioritize exercise, I’m not just taking care of my body; I’m also protecting my mental well-being, which helps me be a better mom and person overall.
Fitness has played a huge role in helping me love myself more. As a mother of four, it’s easy to put everyone else’s needs first, but when I make time for exercise, I’m taking care of myself, too. The physical strength I’ve built and the progress I’ve made give me a sense of pride and accomplishment. But it’s more than just the physical changes—fitness has helped me feel more confident, inside and out. It reminds me that I’m worthy of self-care and that taking time for myself is an important part of being the best version of me.
